Dear Saint Arnold’s Army:

Boiler Room Bonanza at Saint Arnold
Tuesday, September 86:009:00 PM

In the beginning, we added some critters into the brewkettle to sour the wort and created Boiler Room Berliner Weisse. It was light and tasty. And we saw that it was good. Then we asked ourselves “what if we took Boiler Room and added some brettanomyces?” And how about if we put some into chardonnay barrels? And what if we added fruit to the barrels? And what if Chef Ryan concocted special syrups? And what if you get to enjoy all of this in a special Boiler Room Berliner Weisse glass to keep? Oh, it was very good!

Come to the brewery on Tuesday, September 8 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and find out what all of these are at a special evening we are calling Boiler Room Bonanza! There is a Boiler Room for everybody, both for people who love beer and even those peculiar friends we all have who say “I don’t like beer.” Here is a list of the Boiler Rooms for the evening:
  • Boiler Room Berliner Weisse (the regular version, light and tart)
  • Grain Room: Boiler Room with brettanomyces aged 6 months
  • Chardonnay Barrel Aged Boiler Room with Raspberries: aged 3 months
  • Chardonnay Barrel Aged Boiler Room with Blackberries: aged 3 months
Chef Ryan’s Syrups you can add to regular Boiler Room:
  • Kaffir Lime Blackberry
  • Meyer Lemon and Lime
  • Ancho Chile Apricot
You are also welcome to enjoy our other regular beers on tap.

You get all of the above (beers and Boiler Room Glass) plus a hot Slow Dough pretzel for $25 plus tax. Not included but also available will be a limited food menu from our kitchen if you are still hungry!

Spend Labor Day Weekend with Us

It’s Labor Day. It’s our yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity and well-being of our country. That, and a perfect time to enjoy great food and cold beer. We’ll have a full weekend at the brewery.

On Thursday, September 3, we’ll be hosting a special Pub Night in our beer hall featuring 20th Anniversary Ale, Divine Reserve No. 14 and food from our kitchen. On Pub Nights, there is no admission charge – we are open as a bar from 5:00 – 10:00 PM.

On Friday, September 4, we’ll be serving a Lunch Special of Weedwacker Fish and Chips. On Labor Day (Monday, September 7), we’ll be serving a special All-American Lunch Buffet featuring brisket, chicken, bratwurst, sides and dessert.

On both days, $18.48 plus tax ($20 total) gets you lunch and beer until 2:00 PM. We are taking reservations below, and we expect these days to fill up quickly. After lunch, our normal public tour hours will resume.

Of course, on that Saturday, we’ll have our classic tour and tasting. $10 gets you a souvenir glass and four tokens for beer.
