Hophead grail on taps and shelves

Our second (and final!) batch of this year’s 120 Minute IPA is hitting taps and shelves … well … right this very second!
Clocking in at 15 to 20% ABV and 120 IBUs, 120 Minute IPA is the holy grail for hopheads! It’s boiled for a full two hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops.
This beer isn’t for the faint of heart, and some states flat out won’t allow it. Look for it in AZ, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA and WI.

Punkin alert! Fall
favorite on horizon

With “seasonal creep” creepin’ up on us more and more each year, we know we’re a bit behind in the world of pumpkin beers. We’re OK with that.
Pumpkin beer in July just isn’t our thing, which is why we ask our wholesale partners not to release Punkin Ale until Sept. 1.
You’ll find this full-bodied brown ale with hints of pumpkin and brown sugar at our coastal Delaware brewery and brewpub and in markets where Dogfish is sold.

New executive chef comes up with our most off-centered idea yet

Dogfish Head is no stranger to the off-centered. Our brewers have been bending style guidelines and changing the way people think about beer since day one.
But Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats Executive Chef Kevin Downing may have come up with the most outrageous idea yet.
“I want people to come to Dogfish Head for the food,” Chef Kevin says.
