Saturday, Nov 1st: Maine Brewers Festival
Tuesday, Nov 4th: Blind IPA Tasting @ Thirsty Pig from 4-5:30 pm
Try your skills at matching 10 Maine IPAs with their respective brewery. There will be a $500 cash prize for anyone who can name all 10. The $20 entry fee includes: 5 oz pours of all 10 IPA’s in the challenge, a voting ballot, and a yummy sausage sample to cleanse your pallet between brews.
Tuesday, Nov 4th: Maine Brewers’ Guild Tap Takeover @ The Great Lost Bear from 5-9 pm
Join Maine’s brewing community and drink great beer in support of great beer. A variety of delicious Maine craft beers will be on tap, representing the full spectrum of the quality beers being brewed in the great state of Maine.
The Great Lost Bear is generously donating a quarter from every pint of beer sold during the event to the Maine Brewers’ Guild – the only nonprofit dedicated to promoting and protecting the Maine craft beer industry.
We will be featuring GingerBreadHead on this evening, so swing by for a sneak peak of our newest brew.
