The 2014-2015 Beer Social Calendar is out now!
There are few things we love more after a busy summer than planning beer socials for the cooler months. Here is what our crack culinary team have planned for your gastronomic pleasure. Reservations are $40 each ($35 if you’re an Imperial Pint Club member)
November 20: Reap What You Sow-cial focuses on earthy fall foods and the seasonal beers that pair with them. Reservations are available now!
January 14: Warm & Fuzzy Social pairs strong beers with rich heavy foods.
February 12: Get Between the Sheets with aphrodesiacal foods and sultry beer pairings to put you in the mood for romance.
March 11: Up for a swine time? One Little Piggie Went to the Social is our version of a Louisiana boucherie. Chef Jon is sourcing a whole pig for this evening of beer, spirits and porcine delights.
April 8: The competition will be fierce at our second Chef/Brewer Team Battle, where three chef/brewer teams create exclusive beers and custom-created dishes to go along side. Try each pairing and vote for your favorite! The winner gets a trophy and lots of bragging rights.
May 13: The final social of the calendar is part of our American Craft Beer Week celebration, but it doesn’t yet have a formal name. We will be offering some of the freshest finds from our local farmers and pair them with some of Head Brewer Matt’s hoppiest concoctions.
